This historic and memorable occasion marks the formal induction of our very first cohort — affectionately known as the “Foundational Class” — into the vibrant academic, moral, and spiritual community of Minaret University. It symbolizes the official beginning of their journey of Faith, Knowledge, and Service within an institution dedicated to nurturing holistic, ethical, and excellence-driven leaders.
To our dear pioneer students: You are the foundation upon which this great university is being built. Your presence, commitment, and aspirations represent the very essence of our vision. Notice to Pioneer Matriculants
As this is the University’s maiden Matriculation Ceremony, all matriculating students are kindly requested to observe the following protocols to ensure the ceremony is conducted with the dignity, order, and solemnity it deserves:
- Academic Gowns: Students must collect their official academic robes from the Student Affairs Office no later than Wednesday, 29th April, 2026 (24 hours before the event).
- Punctuality and Procession: All students are expected to be properly robed and seated at the venue by 10:30 AM. The academic procession will commence promptly, and late entry will not be permitted once the Chancellor’s procession begins.
- Matriculation Oath and Register: The ceremony will include the formal signing of the Matriculation Register and the administration of the University Matriculation Oath — a solemn and legally binding commitment to uphold the values, rules, and academic standards of the institution.
- Dress Code: Beneath the academic gown, students are expected to dress in formal, modest, and dignified attire in line with the University’s moral and ethical guidelines.

Information for Guests and Families
- Arrival: To ensure smooth entry and avoid congestion at the campus gates, parents, guardians, and guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the programme.
- Photography and Recording: While we encourage the capture of these precious memories, photography and videography should be restricted to designated areas so as not to disrupt the solemnity and smooth flow of the academic proceedings.
- Reception: Light refreshments will be served for guests in designated reception areas immediately after the ceremony.
