The Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) is delighted to invite the general public, graduands, alumni, parents, guardians, and the entire University community to the 18th Convocation Ceremony for the conferment of First Degrees, Postgraduate Degrees, and Honorary Doctorates.
This week-long celebration represents the glorious culmination of years of dedication, academic excellence, research innovation, and intellectual growth. It is a proud moment as we honour the outstanding achievements of the Class of 2026.

INFORMATION FOR GRADUANDS
- Academic Regalia: All graduands are required to collect their academic gowns from their respective Faculty Offices. Outstanding fees must be fully settled before collection.
- Punctuality: For the main Convocation ceremonies (Wednesday, 22nd and Thursday, 23rd April), graduands must be seated in the Great Hall by 10:00 AM prompt to participate in the academic procession.
- Alumni Integration: All graduands are strongly encouraged to attend the Alumni Day on Monday, 20th April 2026, to formally register and become active members of the LAUTECH Alumni Association.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GUESTS AND PARENTS
- Access Control: Entry into the Great Hall will be strictly by official invitation or tagged access to ensure safety and compliance with venue capacity.
- Parking: Designated parking zones will be clearly marked and managed by University Security personnel. Guests are advised to follow all directional signs.
- Livestreaming: The Award Ceremonies on Wednesday and Thursday will be broadcast live on the University’s official website and verified social media channels for those unable to attend in person.
