The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) officially invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Admission Screening.

General Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the screening exercise, UTME candidates must meet the following criteria:

First Choice: You must have chosen FUHSO as your first-choice institution. (Candidates who did not initially choose FUHSO must process a “Change of Institution” on the JAMB portal before applying).

O’Level Credits: You must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.

JAMB CAPS: You must upload your O’Level or A’Level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) portal.
Minimum UTME Scores by Programme
Candidates must meet the specific cut-off mark for their chosen course of study to be eligible for the screening:
Direct Entry (DE) Requirements
Direct Entry applicants must possess a First Degree, HND, ND, NCE, or an A’Level qualification in relevant disciplines with a minimum of a Lower Credit or its equivalent.
Important Note for DE Applicants: Direct Entry admission is not available for MBBS, Pharm.D, Medical Laboratory Science, or Public Health & Epidemiology for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Pay the Fee: Pay the mandatory, non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 directly through the portal.

Complete Registration: Fill out the online form accurately and submit your application.
Important Notices

Mandatory Registration: Candidates who fail to register for the Post-UTME screening will automatically be disqualified from admission consideration.

JAMB CAPS Monitoring: Admitted candidates must consistently monitor their JAMB CAPS and accept their admission promptly to avoid cancellation.

Mathematics Scholarship: Applicants seeking admission into the B.Sc. Mathematics programme may be eligible for a special scholarship upon admission.
