Notice of 2026/2027 National Diploma (ND) Post-UTME Admission Screening

The Management of Gateway (ICT) Polytechnic, Saapade, through its Admissions Unit, has finalized the schedule and logistical guidelines for the 2026/2027 Academic Session National Diploma (ND) mandatory physical screening exercise.

Per internal memorandum GPS/AU/VOL.II/084, signed by the Head of the Admissions Unit, Mrs. Ojerinde S. O., all prospective applicants are directed to strictly adhere to the schedule and regulations outlined below.

Screening Schedule & Venue

• Dates: Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28, 2026

• Time: 7:00 AM Prompt (Daily)

• Venue: Onafowokan Auditorium, Saapade Main Campus

⏱️ Punctuality Policy: The Polytechnic maintains a zero-tolerance policy for lateness. The auditorium doors will be closed precisely at the scheduled time, and latecomers will be denied entry.

Crucial Guidelines for Candidates

To ensure a seamless evaluation process, applicants must fulfill the following explicit conditions:

• Strict Batch-Based Invitation: Candidates will be screened strictly on their assigned dates. You will only be attended to on the specific day indicated in your invitation. Please do not appear at the venue outside your designated date, as you will be turned back.

• Mandatory Documentation: You must present a physical, printed copy of your Bio-Data Form at the entrance of the Onafowokan Auditorium. This serves as your primary clearance pass; failure to present it will result in immediate disqualification.

Notice to the Polytechnic Community

All staff, students, and Acting Heads of Departments (Ag. HODs) are requested to note these dates. Due to expected increases in vehicular and human traffic around the Onafowokan Auditorium during this two-day window, members of the campus community are advised to plan their movements accordingly to maintain order.
