Consequent upon the approval of the revised academic calendar by the University Senate, students across all faculties, colleges, and specialized schools are strictly advised to commence their financial obligations and academic registrations immediately. The portal is now fully active to process school fees payments and course selections.
Timeline and Key Deadlines
To ensure a seamless administrative workflow and avoid the interruption of academic activities, the university management has structured the registration window as follows:

Normal Registration Deadline: TBA.

Log in to the official LASU student portal using your Matriculation Number and password.
Navigate to the payment dashboard to view your exact financial breakdown for the Second Semester.
Generate a unique Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code specifically tied to your student profile.
Complete your payment securely online via credit/debit card, or print the RRR slip to make a physical payment at any approved commercial bank.
Note: Retain your digitally generated e-receipt as proof of payment; it will be required for department clearance.
2. Online Course Registration
Once your payment is verified by the system, the course registration module will be unlocked.
Consult with your respective Departmental Level Advisers to verify the correct core courses, electives, and carry-over modules allocated for the Second Semester.
Select and submit your courses carefully on the portal. Ensure your total registered credit units fall within the minimum and maximum limits allowed by university regulations.
Print out three (3) copies of your completed Second Semester Course Registration Form for official signing by your Level Adviser, Head of Department (HOD), and Faculty Officer.
