I. EVENT SCHEDULE AND LOGISTICS

All participants are kindly requested to adhere strictly to the schedule for a smooth and impactful programme.
II. MANDATORY ATTENDANCE FOR NEW STUDENTS
The Orientation Programme forms a critical part of the University’s student integration and induction process. Therefore, the following guidelines must be observed:
- Attendance: Attendance is STRICTLY MANDATORY for all fresh students across all Faculties and Departments.
- Punctuality: Newly admitted students must arrive at SLH 2 and be seated no later than 9:30 AM. This will allow for an orderly commencement and the arrival of the Vice-Chancellor’s procession.
- Attendance Registration: Students may be required to sign an attendance register at the venue as official proof of participation.
III. PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES AND HIGHLIGHTS
The programme will feature insightful presentations and interactive sessions led by key University officers and units, covering essential areas such as:
- Academic Excellence: Understanding the CGPA system, course registration procedures, examination rules, and grading policies.
