The Management of the School of Continuing Education and Postgraduate Studies (SCEPS), Kano State Polytechnic, wishes to issue this important update to all newly admitted students and prospective applicants for the Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
As the institution gears up for a productive semester of advanced technical and management training, all concerned candidates are advised to take note of the following critical dates and administrative deadlines:
I. COMMENCEMENT OF LECTURES
Lecture Start Date: Friday, 17th April 2026
This applies to all Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) specializations.
To ensure the smooth delivery of the academic calendar and timely completion of the syllabus, all admitted students are expected to commence lectures promptly on the stated date at their respective venues. Detailed lecture timetables will be made available at the departmental offices within the School.
II. FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND PORTAL CLOSURE
The application portal is currently open but will close very soon. All prospective applicants and newly admitted candidates are strongly advised to complete their registration formalities without further delay.
Portal Closing Date: Thursday, 30th April 2026 Deadline: 12:00 Midnight
Important Note: No further extensions will be granted after this date. The portal will be automatically deactivated at midnight on Thursday, 30th April 2026. Candidates are therefore urged to finalize their registration and payment processes on or before the deadline to avoid any disappointment.
