The University offers Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Master’s Degree (M.Sc., M.A., and Professional Masters), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes across the following faculties:

II. APPLICATION FEES
All application fees are non-refundable and payable only through the official university portal:
- Ph.D. Programmes: ₦25,000
- M.Sc. / M.A. / Professional Masters: ₦20,000
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): ₦10,000
III. STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates are strongly advised to follow the guidelines below carefully to ensure successful submission of their applications:
- Access the Application Portal: Visit the official portal at https://applicant.safapply.com/fuga.
- Select Programme: Browse the list of available programmes. Use the filter box for easy navigation.
- Review Requirements: Click on “More Information” to view specific departmental admission requirements, then click “Apply.”
- Authentication: Log in or create an account using a valid Google account.
- Generate Payment Invoice: Create a payment invoice for the appropriate application fee. Follow the payment instructions on the portal. Once payment is confirmed, access to the full application form will be granted.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill all required fields accurately. You may use the “Update Form” button to make corrections before final submission.
- Submit Academic Transcripts: Candidates must arrange for their previous institutions to forward official academic transcripts directly to the School of Postgraduate Studies via email: pgsecretary@fugashua.edu.ng. Transcripts must reach the School on or before the closing date.
IV. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND IMPORTANT POLICIES
To uphold the integrity and standards of the admission process, the following mandatory requirements apply:
- NYSC Discharge Certificate: Only candidates who have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or obtained an official exemption/exclusion letter are eligible to apply.
- Result Policy: Candidates awaiting results are not eligible for admission. Only original certificates (not Statements of Result) will be accepted for final clearance and registration.
- Liability Clause: The University shall not be held responsible for any disqualification arising from incorrect information, false declarations, or errors committed by applicants during the application process.
