OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: 2026/2027 POST-UTME ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE
The Management of The Federal Polytechnic, Idah, is pleased to invite all eligible candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to apply for the online admission screening exercise into various National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
As a premier institution dedicated to training disciplined, innovative, and self-reliant manpower, our screening process is fully digitalized and merit-based. Selection is calculated strictly from an aggregate of your UTME score and O’Level results; no physical examination or face-to-face interview is required.
🛑 GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective candidates must satisfy the following parameters to qualify for the online screening:

1. UTME Cut-Off Mark: Only candidates who scored 100 and above in the 2026 UTME are eligible to participate.

2. First-Choice Preference: Candidates must have chosen The Federal Polytechnic, Idah as their First (1st) Choice institution in the 2026 JAMB application.

3. Change of Institution: Candidates who did not initially choose the institution but scored 100+ can still apply, provided they execute a Change of Institution to The Federal Polytechnic, Idah as their First Choice on the JAMB portal before registering.

4. Academic Qualifications: Applicants must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, in strict accordance with the Polytechnic’s specific entry requirements.

5. Subject Combination: Candidates must have sat for the correct and appropriate UTME subject combination matching their proposed course of study.

6. Screening Modality: Grading and evaluation will be based exclusively on your UTME scores and O’Level results only.
🔴 MANDATORY JAMB CAPS UPLOAD: Candidates must upload their O’Level results onto the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) portal through an accredited JAMB CBT centre. Admission consideration is entirely dependent on this upload. Candidates awaiting results (AR) are eligible to apply but must upload their grades onto the portal immediately upon release to facilitate admission processing.

Application Fee: The screening application form costs ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only.

Primary Communication: Applicants must provide a valid, functional personal email address and mobile phone number. These details will serve as the primary communication channel between the institution and the candidate.
💻 STEP-BY-STEP PORTAL REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Candidates are advised to visit the official application portal at https://forms.fepoda.edu.ng and follow the systematic procedure outlined below:

Step 1: Navigate to the portal and click on the Post-UTME (Prospective ND Students) link.

Step 2: Click on “Register Now”.

Step 3: Select Post-UTME, then input your valid email address and phone number.

Step 4: Click “Create Account”.

Step 5: Open your email inbox to retrieve your system-generated Username and Password.

Step 6: Log into the secure portal at https://forms.fepoda.edu.ng/apply/login.php using your retrieved credentials.

Step 7: Upload a clear passport photograph and make an online payment of ₦2,000.00 via the integrated secure payment gateway.

Step 8: Complete the digital application form, carefully inputting your biodata and academic history. Upload your JAMB result slip alongside your WAEC / NECO / NABTEB certificate or statement of results.

Step 9: Cross-check all information for accuracy, submit your digital application, and print out your confirmation slip.
