Eligibility & Academic Requirements
1. UTME Requirements:

Candidates must have chosen the College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri, as their First Choice institution in the 2026 UTME.

Candidates must meet or exceed the specific cut-off mark for their chosen programme.
2. O’Level Requirements: Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in the following subjects, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings:

English Language

Mathematics

Physics

Chemistry
-
Biology
3. Approved Examination Combinations: In alignment with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) guidelines, the following certificate combinations are accepted:

WAEC + WAEC | WAEC + NECO | NECO + NECO

NABTEB + NABTEB (cannot be combined with others)

NBAIS
