AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are advised to carefully review the requirements for their preferred programme before applying.
1. School of Environmental Health Technology
- Programme: Health Promotion and Education (Diploma) – 2 Years
- Requirements: Five (5) credit passes in GCE/SSCE/NECO/WASC or Teachers Grade II Certificate. These must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, and any other two science subjects (Chemistry, Nutrition, Physics, General Science, or Integrated Science).
2. School of Pharmaceutical Technology
- Programme: Pharmacy Technician (Certificate) – 3 Years
- Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes in WASC/GCE/NECO/SSCE including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings.
3. School of Social Work
- Programme: Diploma in Social Work – 2 Years
- Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes in WASC/GCE/NECO/SSCE or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics, plus any other three subjects from Civic Education, Biology, Economics, Literature, Geography, CRK/IRS, Arts, Commerce, Government or History (at not more than two sittings).
4. School of Dental Health Science
- Programme: Anaesthetic Technician (Diploma) – 3 Years
- Requirements: Five (5) credit passes in WASC/NECO/SSCE or GCE including Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English Language at not more than two sittings.
5. School of Health Information Management
- Programme A: Health Information Management Technician (HIMT) – 3 Years Requirements: Minimum of four (4) credits and one pass in relevant subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics or Chemistry.
- Programme B: Hospital/Health Administration (Diploma) – 2 Years Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes in Mathematics, English Language, Economics/Commerce, Government, and Biology/Health Scienceat not more than two sittings.
IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years of age by September 2026.
- Application Method: All applications are strictly online through the College’s official portal: https://portal.rschst.edu.ng
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₦15,300 only (inclusive of PIN charges) is payable via the portal.
- Identification Slip: After successful payment and submission, candidates must generate and print their Identification Slip, which contains their official examination number.
SELECTION PROCESS
Admission into RSCHST is competitive and strictly merit-based.
- Only candidates who meet the minimum O’Level requirements will be shortlisted.
- Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for a mandatory Entrance Examination.
- The exact date, time, and venue of the examination will be communicated directly via SMS to the phone number provided during registration. Ensure your contact details are correct and active.
