JAMB Reportedly Discontinues SMS Option for Admission Acceptance/Rejection
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has reportedly phased out the SMS response feature for candidates accepting or rejecting admission offers.
If confirmed, candidates will now be required to respond to admission offers exclusively through the
JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
Applicants are strongly advised to regularly log into their JAMB profiles to check for updates and respond to pending offers.
How to Accept or Reject Admission via JAMB CAPS

Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal.

Log in with your registered profile details.

Click on Check Admission Status.

Select Access my CAPS.

Navigate to Admission Status and follow the prompts to accept or reject your offer.
