OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY [OOU] BEGINS UPLOADING OF NAMES ON JAMB CAPS FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has officially begun uploading candidates’ names to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates who chose OOU as their institution of choice and completed the screening exercise can now monitor their admission status as processing is done in batches.
How to Check Your OOU Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Visit the official JAMB eFacility Portal.
Log in using your registered email address and password.
Scroll down and click on “Check Admission Status”.
Select “Access my CAPS”.
Click on “Admission Status” on the left-hand menu to view your offer.
Accept or Reject: If offered admission, carefully review the details before accepting or rejecting the offer on the portal.
Important Advisory for Applicants
Admission is in Stages: Because the university uploads names progressively, not all candidates will see an admission offer simultaneously. Please exercise patience and check your profile regularly.
Monitor Dual Portals: Keep an eye on both your JAMB CAPS profile and the official OOU admission portal for real-time updates.
Beware of Fraudsters: Admission processing is strictly digital through official channels. OOU management warns candidates never to pay money to individuals claiming they can fast-track or secure admission.
