The management of Plateau State University, Bokkos (PLASU) has officially commenced its online admission screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The portal went live on Wednesday, 15th July, 2026. If you chose PLASU as your first-choice institution and meet the eligibility criteria, you are invited to complete your registration before the portal closes.
Eligibility Requirements & Cut-Off Marks
UTME Candidates
To qualify for the screening, you must have chosen PLASU as your first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and met the following specific program benchmarks:

Law, Medicine & Surgery, Nursing Science: 200 minimum

Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science: 190 minimum

All Other Programmes: 160 minimum
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
DE applicants must have selected PLASU as their first choice and hold one of the following qualifications:

First Degree, HND, or National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit.

NCE with at least a Merit pass.

IJMB or JUPEB with a minimum of 6 points.

Create an Account: Visit the PLASU Screening Portal and click “New Applicant – Apply Here.”

Authenticate: Enter your JAMB Registration Number, then sign up with a valid email and phone number.

Pay the Fee: Verify your email, log into your dashboard, generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), and make your screening payment.

Upload Credentials: Upload a clear passport photograph, your signature, O’Level results (maximum of two sittings), and required supporting files.

Submit & Print: Review your details carefully, submit, and print your application slip, payment receipt, and screening summary.
Essential Notices & Anti-Fraud Warning

JAMB CAPS Upload: You must upload your O’Level results to the central JAMB CAPS portal to remain eligible for admission. Once an offer is made, you must accept it on CAPS within two weeks.

Credentials Policy: Ensure all uploaded documents are authentic. Providing false information or forged certificates results in automatic disqualification.

Fraud Alert: PLASU does not use admission agents. All processing goes directly through JAMB and the official university portal. Never make payments to individual bank accounts.
