This is to inform all newly admitted students of Misau College of Health Sciences and Technology (MICOHEST), Azare, that the online registration portal for the 2026/2027 academic session is officially open, effective today, Monday, July 6, 2026.
To ensure a seamless registration experience, all fresh students are advised to carefully read and adhere to the step-by-step guidelines outlined below:
GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
Phase 1: Portal Login & Security Setup

Visit the college official website: www.micohest.edu.ng.

Click on the Online Registration link.

Log in using your credentials:

Username: Your full Application ID (as seen on your application acknowledgement slip).

Password:
12345678(default password).
-

Upon successful login, instantly update your default password to a secure, 8-character password you can easily remember, then click Update.

When the email prompt pops up, click Yes and enter your valid email address.
Phase 2: Payment Process

Click on the Fees tab from your dashboard to proceed to the payment interface.

Select your payment type and choose your preferred payment method (Card or Bank Transfer).

⚠️ Important: Once the payment process is initiated, do not delay, close, or refresh the page to avoid transaction errors.

Upon successful payment, the page will automatically reload and redirect you back to your student dashboard.
Phase 3: Mandatory Course Registration & Printing

Note: You must complete your First and Second Semester course registration before you can download your payment receipt.

Click on Courses from your dashboard, select the required courses for both semesters, and click Register.

Click on Proceed to download and save your Course Registration Form.

Return to your dashboard, click on Fees, and download your official Payment Receipt.

Print physical copies of both your Course Registration Form and Payment Receipt.
Submission & Verification Notice
After completing your online registration, you are required to fulfill the following physical clearance steps:

Submit your printed Payment Receipt to the College Bursar for verification and stamping.

Submit the stamped receipt along with a copy of your official Admission Letter to the Registrar’s Office to finalize your documentation.
