General Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission across all schools, applicants must possess:

Five (5) O’Level credit passes obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

Compulsory subjects: English Language and Mathematics.
-
At least two (2) core science subjects selected from Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
-
Any other relevant academic subject.

Method of Application
Step 1: Obtain the Form
Interested and qualified candidates should visit the Workforce Planning & Recruitment Unit, MRC Building, LASUTH to purchase the official application form.
Step 2: Submission Checklist
Completed application forms must be physically submitted along with photocopies of the following:

[ ] Relevant academic credentials (O’Level/JAMB result slips)

[ ] Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)

[ ] Two (2) recent passport photographs (taken on a crisp white background)
Screening and Selection Process
-
Stage 1 (Computer-Based Test): All applicants will undergo a mandatory CBT screening at LASUTH.

Stage 2 (Oral Interview): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an oral interview. Note: Candidates must bring the original copies of all certificates to the interview.
