IMPORTANT NOTICE: FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF “NO ID CARD, NO ENTRY” POLICY

The Management wishes to inform the entire university community that effective Wednesday, July 1, 2026, the university will commence strict and full implementation of the “No Identity Card, No Entry” policy across all campuses.
To maintain a secure environment, compliance with the following directives is mandatory:
Key Directives for Campus Access:

Mandatory Display: All students and staff members must visibly wear and display their official institutional ID cards at all times while on university premises.

Collection Point: If you have not collected your ID card, they are currently available for immediate collection at the ICT Department.

Color-Coded Casing Requirement: You must use the designated card casing provided by the university:

🎓 Students: Must wear Black Coloured casings.

💼 Staff: Must wear Green Coloured casings.

Important Security Warning:
Security personnel at all campus gates have been strictly instructed to deny entry to anyone who fails to produce or properly display their ID card starting July 1.
Everyone is strongly advised to cooperate and comply fully with this development to ensure seamless entry and support campus safety.
