JUST IN: GOMBE STATE UNIVERSITY (GOMSU) RELEASES POST-UTME ADMISSION GUIDELINES FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
_Gombe State University (GOMSU), Gombe, has officially released its admission guidelines and approved cut-off marks for the 2026/2027 admission exercise. The guidelines were approved during the University’s 114th Regular Senate Meeting held on 4th June, 2026._
All prospective candidates seeking admission into the institution are advised to carefully review the admission requirements and programme-specific cut-off marks.
GENERAL CUT-OFF MARK
• *Minimum JAMB Score: 150 and above*
AGE REQUIREMENT
Candidates must be at least 16 years old on or before 30th September, 2026
Candidates below 16 years may only be considered under exceptional circumstances if they:
• Score 320 and above in UTME
• Obtain special approval from the University
• Present an indemnity form signed by the Vice-Chancellor
