Lagos State University (LASU) has officially announced the commencement of its Online Admission Screening Exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session. This screening is compulsory for all candidates seeking admission into 100-Level (via UTME) and 200-Level (via Direct Entry).

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the screening, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:

Choice of Institution: Selected LASU as their first choice in the 2026 UTME.

UTME Cut-off Mark: A minimum score of 195 and above.

Age Limit: Must be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2026.

Target Groups: Open to standard UTME candidates, Direct Entry (DE) applicants, successful LASU Pre-Degree Studies (PDS) students, and JUPEB candidates
Important Direct Entry Note: LASU only accepts LASU Diploma qualifications for Direct Entry, with the sole exception of NCE holders applying to the Faculty of Education programmes.
Note: Candidates of Lagos State origin who completed the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC) exercise will have their claims automatically validated during this online screening.
LASU announced that the screening registration and payment window will last 21 days.
