This is to officially inform all UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who applied for admission into the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) for the 2026/2027 Academic Session that the Post-UTME Screening Portal will open on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
Applicants are invited to review and strictly follow the comprehensive guidelines below to ensure an error-free registration process.

Screening Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the online screening, candidates must fulfill the following baseline conditions:

Choice of Institution: Must have selected Federal University Lokoja (FUL) as their 1st choice.

UTME Benchmark: Minimum score of 160 or above in the 2026 UTME.

Direct Entry (DE): Must have processed their 2026 entry through JAMB.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age by September 30, 2026.
Critical O’Level & JAMB CAPS Regulations

Mandatory JAMB Upload: You must upload your O’Level results on your JAMB e-Facility profile before you can participate in the screening.

Where to Upload: O’Level uploads on the JAMB e-Facility can only be done successfully at an official JAMB Office or a JAMB-accredited CBT Centre. Uploads done via commercial cyber cafés will not be recognized.

Awaiting Results (AR): Candidates awaiting results may begin the online registration but will not be allowed to take part in the online screening until the final grades are uploaded.

Sitting Limitations: Candidates must possess 5 relevant O’Level credits obtained in a maximum of two (2) sittings.

Strict One-Sitting Rule: For Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Law, and Pharmaceutical Science, the 5 relevant credits must be obtained in one (1) sitting from WAEC or NECO only.

Core Pass: A credit pass in English Language is mandatory for all courses.

Step-by-Step Online Registration Procedure
The entire screening process is handled digitally via the university’s portal. Follow these exact steps:

Visit the Portal: Go to the official website at fulokoja.edu.ng.

Navigate to Dashboard: Click on Admissions ➔ Undergraduate ➔ Post-UTME Portal.

Confirm Eligibility: Log in using your valid 2026 JAMB Registration Number.

Update Biodata: Fill in your personal details carefully. (DE applicants must accurately update their previous academic records here).

Process Payment: Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) invoice for ₦2,000.00 (Post-UTME Screening Charges). Click “Pay Now” to process online, or print the invoice to pay at any commercial bank branch.

Select Course & Subjects: Choose your preferred programme from the drop-down menu, select the 5 O’Level subjects that match the course requirements, and upload your examination details.

Email Security: Use a valid, personal email address. Avoid using third-party or cyber café emails, as this exposes your portal account to unauthorized interference and potential loss of access.

Admission Modalities: Successfully passing the online screening does not guarantee automatic admission. The FUL Central Admissions Committee will still apply other academic metrics when considering applications.

Data Integrity: Any detected anomalies, document falsification, or withholding of required data at any stage will result in immediate disqualification and a total forfeiture of all fees paid.
