National Diploma (ND) Part-Time Admission | 2026/2027 Academic Session
The Federal Polytechnic, Offa invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its National Diploma (ND) Part-Time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Programme Structure: The ND Part-Time programme is a two-year course spanning six semesters, leading to the award of a National Diploma.

Entry Requirements
Candidates applying for any of the listed ND Part-Time programmes must fulfill the following academic criteria:

O’Level Requirements: At least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) obtained at not more than two (2) sittings via SSC or GCE O’Level.

Technical Alternatives: A National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with a credit level pass in a trade, plus four (4) relevant academic subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
How to Apply
Candidates must strictly complete the following two-step application process to be considered for admission:
Step 1: JAMB Registration

Visit any official JAMB Office.

Complete the application form under: ‘APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF PART-TIME PROGRAMMES’for The Federal Polytechnic, Offa.

Pay the application fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira (₦3,500) to obtain your JAMB Registration Number.
Step 2: Polytechnic Portal Processing

Go to the official institution portal at www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng.

Pay the institutional processing fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card. No external charges apply.

Click on the “Admission” tab to complete and submit the online application form.
⚠️ Critical Compliance Note: Admissions are processed officially through the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). Any candidate who fails to complete both the JAMB and institutional portal registration will not be considered for admission.
Screening Guidelines & Rules

Application Window: Registration forms will remain available on the Polytechnic Portal for eight (8) weeks from the date of this official publication.

Credentials Upload: Candidates must upload clear, scanned copies of their results, certificates, and required credentials directly to the portal.

Name Uniformity: Your name must be written in full, starting with your Surname first, exactly as it appears on your certificates and National Identification Number (NIN).

Communication: Applicants must maintain a personal, active email address for official admission communications.

Security Clearance: Complete the online security form on the portal, print out both the screening slip and security form, and personally submit them to the Polytechnic Security Office.
🛑 Warning: The provision of false, erroneous, or misleading data during entry will result in automatic disqualification at any stage of discovery. Successful candidates will undergo a mandatory physical verification of original certificates.
