🔍 Eligibility & Entry Requirements

1. Academic Qualifications

• Standard O’Level Track: Minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB in relevant subjects—including English Language and Mathematics—obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

• Technical Track: A National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with a credit-level pass in a core trade, plus four (4) relevant academic credits including English Language and Mathematics.

2. Flexible UTME Criteria

• Candidates who did not sit for the 2026 UTME are fully eligible to apply.

• Candidates who sat for the UTME but scored below the national institutional cut-off mark are highly encouraged to apply.

• Inter-polytechnic transfer students seeking entry into flexible learning streams are eligible.

💻 Step-by-Step Method of Application

📌 Note: The registration process for the ODFeL stream is identical to the standard National Diploma (ND) Part-Time application template.

• Step 1 (JAMB Registration): Visit any approved JAMB Office or CBT Center to complete the process under the “Application for Admission into Part-Time Programmes” option, selecting The Federal Polytechnic, Offa.

• Step 2 (JAMB Fee): Remit the statutory fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira (₦3,500) to obtain a official JAMB Registration Number.

• Step 3 (Polytechnic Portal): Go to the institutional application portal at www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng and process the institutional screening fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) only. Payments must be executed via the secure portal using any Interswitch-enabled debit card.

• Step 4 (Form Submission): Click on the “Admission” tab to accurately populate, review, and submit the online institutional form.

⚠️ Vital Guidelines & Screening Procedures

• Credentials Upload: Clear, scanned copies of O’Level results, certificates, and alternative qualifications must be uploaded directly onto the polytechnic portal during registration.

• Name Synchronization: Applicants must input their names in full, positioning their Surname first, matching precisely with the arrangement on their O’Level certificates and National Identification Number (NIN).

• Security Documentation: Candidates must complete the online institutional security form. Once finished, print the Screening Slip along with the Security Form, and submit them physically to the Polytechnic Security Office.

• Communication Channel: Applicants must maintain a functional, personal email address for official admission notifications.

• Data Integrity Warning: Providing false, manipulated, or incorrect data during registration results in immediate disqualification at any stage. Successful candidates will undergo a strict, physical certificate verification exercise upon admission.
