It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of commitment to excellence in healthcare education that the Management of Archbishop Charles Heerey Memorial College of Nursing Sciences, Aba, owned by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Mother of Christ, hereby informs the general public — and particularly prospective students — that the sale of Post-UTME admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session has officially commenced.
Guided by its inspiring motto of “Training in Innovation for Quality Healthcare Services,” the College continues to uphold its noble mission of nurturing compassionate, skilled, and innovative health professionals in a serene, disciplined, and academically rigorous environment. Located in Abia State, this faith-based institution invites qualified and passionate candidates to apply for its esteemed programmes, including Registered Nursing (RN), Registered Midwifery (RM), Public Health Nursing (PHN), and Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant health disciplines.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Post-UTME screening exercise, applicants must satisfy the following rigorous academic and regulatory criteria:
- JAMB Performance: Candidates must have sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 100 marks.
- Subject Combination: The UTME subjects must include English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Institutional Choice: The College must have been selected as either the first or second choice institution during JAMB registration.
- O’Level Qualifications: Applicants must possess a minimum of five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, WASSCE, or their approved equivalents.
Application Process
The official application portal will open for submissions on Monday, 27th April, 2026. Interested candidates are kindly requested to follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit the Portal: Access the College’s official admission website at https://achconsa.edu.ng/admission.
- Create an Account: Click on the “Apply Now” button to register and create a user account. A unique access code will be sent to the email address provided.
- Complete Registration: Log in with the access code and accurately fill out the registration form with your biodata and academic information.
- Make Payment: The non-refundable Post-UTME form fee is ₦25,000. All payments must be processed securely and exclusively through the online portal.
- Final Submission: Carefully review all entered information before submitting to avoid any errors that may lead to disqualification.
Important Notice
The Management wishes to strongly advise all prospective applicants that the College does not engage any agents or representatives for the sale of admission forms. Any payment made into a private individual’s bank account is done entirely at the applicant’s own risk. All transactions must be conducted solely through the official College website to ensure safety and transparency.
