INSTRUCTIONS FOR MATRICULATING STUDENTS
Matriculation is a compulsory and solemn rite of passage for all new students. To guarantee the smooth conduct of the proceedings, the following directives must be strictly observed:
- Punctuality: All matriculants must be seated at the Sports Complex by 10:45 AM at the latest. Late entry will not be allowed once the academic procession begins.
- Academic Dress: Students are required to collect their official matriculation gowns from their respective departments or designated collection points well before the ceremony.
- Conduct: Matriculants are expected to uphold the highest standards of discipline, decorum, and respect throughout the administration of the Matriculation Oath.
NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
The University is delighted to welcome parents, guardians, and family members to the campus for this joyous occasion. Adequate parking spaces and designated seating areas have been provided at the Sports Complex.
