II. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CEREMONY
Beyond mere tradition, this landmark event symbolizes a solemn pledge by our new students to embrace rigorous academic training, ethical leadership, and professional excellence in the dynamic fields of health sciences and management technology.
During the ceremony, matriculating students will formally take the Matriculation Oath, committing themselves to uphold the highest standards of discipline, integrity, and academic excellence expected of them as members of this noble institution.
III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MATRICULATING STUDENTS
- Academic Regalia: All matriculants must be properly attired in their official academic gowns. Students are advised to contact their Departmental Officers promptly for details on gown collection and associated payments.
- Punctuality: To ensure a smooth and dignified procession, all students must arrive at the venue and be seated no later than 10:30 AM. Latecomers will not be permitted to join the academic procession once the Provost’s party begins its entry.
- Conduct and Photography: Students are expected to maintain exemplary conduct throughout the event. Official photography sessions will be arranged in designated areas immediately after the ceremony.
IV. ADVISORY TO PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND GUESTS
- Parking: Adequate parking arrangements have been made. Security personnel will be on ground to guide vehicles to designated parking zones.
- Seating and Decorum: Guests are kindly requested to occupy the designated gallery areas and remain seated during the administration of the Matriculation Oath to preserve the solemnity and dignity of the occasion.
- Post-Ceremony Celebrations: While we rejoice with our students and their families, we appeal that any private celebrations be conducted with due regard for the serenity and environment of the campus.
