According to a notice from the Registrar’s Office on February 13, 2026, this extension offers a final chance for students to complete their registration. The extension applies to all students, including new and returning students in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
The new late registration period is from Monday, February 16, to Saturday, February 21, 2026. During this time, the university portal will be open for course selection, tuition payment, and administrative processes.

In the statement signed by the Registrar, Isa Audu Dallari, the university emphasized that this extension is a “final” measure. Students are advised that the closure of the portal on February 21 will be absolute, as the institution moves to finalize the semester’s enrollment data and prepare official examination registers.
