AKWA IBOM STATE POLYTECHNIC (AKWA POLY), IKOT OSURUA RELEASES POST-UTME FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
This is to inform the general public and all prospective candidates that the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua has commenced the sale of Post-UTME screening forms for the 2025/2026 academic session.
ELIGIBILITY
. Candidates must have chosen Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic as First Choice in the 2025 UTME.
. Must have scored 100 and above in the 2025 UTME.
. Must possess at least 5 credit passes in relevant subjects (including English and Mathematics) in not more than two sittings.
.Must be 16 years and above by September 30, 2025.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SCREENING
JAMB result slip with photo
JAMB online result
O’Level result(s) with valid WAEC/NECO scratch card pin
Other relevant documents

20th August, 2025
Screening date will be announced soon. Candidates are advised to check the school portal regularly.
Candidates are expected to upload all necessary documents on the Polytechnic’s portal as part of the application process.
