YABA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY, YABA (YABATECH) RELEASES ND(PART TIME), HND FULL & PART TIME, ODFeL, PGD ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Office of the Registrar, Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into various accredited programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. Applications are open across multiple modes of study, including National Diploma (ND) Part-Time, Higher National Diploma (HND) Full-Time & Part-Time, Open Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFeL), and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD).

Eligibility Criteria & Admission Requirements

1. National Diploma (ND) Programmes (Part-Time & ODFeL)

• Must have chosen Yaba College of Technology as their first-choice institution.

• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years by October 31, 2025.

• Must possess relevant SSCE (O’Level) credits in not more than two sittings, strictly aligning with JAMB and institutional requirements.

2. Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes (Full-Time, Part-Time & ODFeL)

• Must hold a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit from an NBTE-accredited institution.

• Must fulfill all entry requirements for the corresponding ND programme (O’Level/JAMB brochure standards).

• Must provide verifiable evidence of at least one (1) year of post-ND Industrial Attachment/Work Experience in a relevant field.

3. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Urban & Regional Planning

• Must hold an HND in Urban and Regional Planning (URP) with a minimum classification of Lower Credit from a recognized institution, alongside basic SSCE entry requirements.

• HND Application Form: ₦25,000

• ND Processing Fee: ₦25,000

Note: All payments must be made strictly online through the official YABATECH portal payment gateway. Do not pay money into personal bank accounts.

Application Procedure

1. Visit the official YABATECH Admission Portal.

2. Select the designated application category (ND Part-Time, HND, ODFeL, or PGD).

3. Create an applicant profile using a valid email address and phone number.

4. Fill out the application form with accurate personal, O’Level, and ND credentials.

5. Generate the payment invoice and complete the ₦25,000 fee via the approved e-payment channels.

6. Cross-check all uploaded documents for accuracy before final submission.

7. Submit the form, then print and retain a copy of your application confirmation slip.

Important Notes for Applicants

• Application Deadline: The application portal will close six (6) weeks from the date of official publication. Early registration is advised to prevent system network congestion or errors.

• Screening Date: Specific dates for the screening exercise will be communicated later. Candidates should regularly monitor the portal for updates.
