Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Schedule and Requirements for 2026/2027 ND & HND Admission Screening Exercise
The authorities of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, wish to formally notify all prospective candidates that the physical screening exercise for admission into various National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session has been scheduled.
This comprehensive verification exercise will evaluate applicants’ credentials and academic qualifications to ensure full compliance with regulatory admission standards.
According to an official public notice released and signed by the Acting Registrar, Mr. Godswill E. Udofah, MNIM, the screening exercise will run over a three-day period across all academic departments.
SCREENING SCHEDULE, TIME AND VENUE

Dates: Wednesday, September 9 – Friday, September 11, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM daily

Venue: Respective Academic Departments (Ikot Osurua Campus)
Applicants are mandated to report to their designated departmental screening centers on the specified dates. Candidates are strongly advised to arrive early on each day to ensure a smooth, orderly, and timely verification process.

Notification of Results: Following the conclusion of the three-day screening exercise, the list of successful candidates cleared for provisional admission will be published on campus notice boards and official digital portals.
