The management of Ebonyi State University (EBSU), Abakaliki, has officially released its provisional admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates who participated in the university’s screening exercise can now verify their status via the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
How to Check Your EBSU Admission Status

Visit the JAMB e-Facility Portal and log in with your registered email and password.

Click Check Admission Status.

Select Access My CAPS.

Click Admission Status to view your admission details.
Action Required for Admitted Candidates

Accept or Reject: Promptly click ACCEPT to secure your offer or REJECT if you wish to decline. Accepting on CAPS is required before proceeding to institutional clearance.

Print Official Documents: Print your JAMB Admission Letter and Original Result Slip immediately after accepting.

Follow Institutional Updates: Monitor official EBSU channels for guidelines on acceptance fee payment, screening, and registration timelines.
Important Notice for Awaiting Candidates If your portal displays “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted,”remain calm. EBSU is releasing offers in successive batches. Ensure that your O’Level results are correctly uploaded to your JAMB CAPS profile, as missing results will prevent admission processing.
