The Management of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), wishes to assure students, parents, and key stakeholders that normal academic activities will resume shortly, following decisive interventions by the Ondo State Government to resolve the ongoing industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
This clarification comes in response to media reports regarding a purported 72-hour ultimatum issued by the Students’ Union Government (SUG) calling for state intervention. Management deems the ultimatum unnecessary, as concrete and substantial measures are already at an advanced stage to conclude the strike.
