THE APPLICATION PROCESS (UPASE REGISTRATION)
Prospective candidates are required to follow these systematic sequential steps on the official school e-portal:

Step 1: Verify Eligibility Visit the official portal at https://eportal.futminna.edu.ng and carefully review the specific departmental requirements to confirm that your JAMB subject combination and O’Level credits align perfectly with your chosen course.

Step 2: Initialize Application Locate the screening login section and input your JAMB Registration Number and JAMB Score to validate your status as a first-choice applicant who has met the designated cut-off mark.

Step 3: Generate Invoice and Pay After verifying your profile information, navigate to the payment tab to generate a unique Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) invoice. Proceed to pay the non-refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only. Payment can be settled online via a debit card, internet banking, or by presenting the printed invoice at any commercial bank branch nationwide.

Step 4: Fill the Registration Form Re-login to the e-portal following payment confirmation and accurately complete the online registration fields with your correct personal and contact details.

Step 5: Upload Credentials Input your verified O’Level grades (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) exactly as they appear on your certificates.

Note: Candidates awaiting results are permitted to apply but must select “Awaiting Result” (AR) and update the portal as soon as their results are officially released.

Step 6: Final Submission Perform a comprehensive review of all entries before clicking final submission. Once submitted, download and print out your official FUTMINNA UPASE Registration Slip. Keep this document safe for future physical clearance exercises.
