The Office of the Registrar, Taraba State College of Nursing Sciences, Jalingo, hereby formally announces the commencement of the online screening registration for qualified candidates seeking admission into the prestigious National Diploma (ND) Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Statutory Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for institutional screening, prospective applicants must fully satisfy the following institutional requirements:
UTME Benchmark: Applicants must have scored a minimum of 160 marks in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and must have designated the Taraba State College of Nursing Sciences, Jalingo, as their institution of first choice.
Academic Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), obtained in not more than two sittings. The required credits must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
Result Combination Policy: Please note that NABTEB results can only be combined with another NABTEB result to be considered valid.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 35 years at the time of submitting their application.
Method of Application & Digital Registration Pipeline
The application process is fully digitized and must be completed through the secure institutional network. Eligible candidates are directed to execute the following steps:
Portal Access: Navigate to the official College portal via the designated Application Portal.
Profile Creation: Generate a unique applicant account to receive your administrative login credentials (username and password).
Processing Fee Fulfillments: Log into your profile and make a non-refundable application and online screening fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000.00) only, using a secure ATM Debit/Credit Card.
Data Submission: Complete the enrollment form with precise biographical and academic data. Candidates must ensure that the O’Level result verification scratch card details provided have not been utilized more than three (3) times.
Document Printout: Upon successful submission, applicants must print out their online screening form, payment receipt (evidence of payment), and official acknowledgment letter.
Mandatory Physical Verification Exercise
Following successful online registration, all applicants are required to present themselves for the mandatory physical verification exercise.

Required Documentation: Candidates must present the originals and clean photocopies of all academic credentials, printed application documents, a valid National Identity Card or NIMC slip, and an unused O’Level result checking scratch card/PIN.
