SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH
National Diploma in Community Health (2 Years)
JCHEW Conversion Programme into Community Health Extension Workers (2 Years)
SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
National Diploma in Health Information Management (2 Years)
SCHOOL OF MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (3 Years)
SCHOOL OF PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
National Diploma in Pharmacy Technician (3 Years)
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
WAEC/NECO (O’Level) or NABTEB with at least Five (5) Credits in:
• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
All applicants (except JCHEW Conversion candidates) must have sat for the 2026 JAMB.
Candidates awaiting results may apply but must present their results before clearance.
JCHEW Conversion applicants must possess:
• A valid JCHEW Certificate
• A 2-Year Practicing JCHEW License
