JUST NOW: FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE & TECHNOLOGY, OKEHO (FUNATO) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
_The Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho (FUNATO), a specialized institution committed to advancing agricultural education, scientific innovation, and technology-driven solutions, has officially commenced the sale of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Admission Forms for the 2026/2027 Academic Session._
Suitably qualified candidates are hereby invited to apply for admission into the University’s NUC-approved undergraduate programmes through UTME (100 Level) and Direct Entry (200 Level).
APPLICATION PERIOD
Registration Opens:
Monday, 15th June, 2026
Registration Closes:
Monday, 31st August, 2026
Candidates are advised to register early as there may be no extension of the registration deadline.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
UTME CANDIDATES
• Must have chosen FUNATO as First Choice Institution or effected a Change of Institution to FUNATO through JAMB.
• Must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME.
• Candidates with incorrect UTME subject combinations are required to change to appropriate programmes before registration.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old on or before 30th September, 2026.
O’LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes at one sitting or six (6) credit passes at two sittings.
• Credits must include English Language and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO, or GCE, depending on programme requirements.
DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES
• Must have obtained the JAMB Direct Entry Form.
• Must have selected FUNATO as First Choice Institution or completed a Change of Institution.
• Must apply for the Online Screening Exercise.
• Candidates are required to submit their academic transcripts (‘A’ Level, NCE, OND, HND, etc.) to the Registrar on or before 31st August, 2026.
