*ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS*
UTME CANDIDATES
• Must score a minimum of 150 and above in the 2026 UTME.
DIRECT ENTRY (DE) CANDIDATES
• Must possess ND, HND, First Degree, or equivalent qualification in relevant disciplines.
• Must possess the required O’Level credits.
Candidates who did not initially choose FUAHSE as First Choice Institution but scored 150 and above can still apply after completing a Change of Institution through JAMB.
SCREENING METHOD
Screening will be based on:
• Verified JAMB Score
• Uploaded WAEC/NECO/GCE Results on JAMB CAPS
No physical screening examination has been announced.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
Candidates must provide a valid phone number and email address.
O’Level results must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS not later than 19th August, 2026.
Candidates must be 16 years and above.
Candidates who fail to register within the stipulated period will not be considered.
Only successfully submitted applications will be considered for admission.
