The management of ECWA College of Nursing Sciences (ECONS), Egbe, is pleased to formally announce that the Post-UTME application portal for admission into our esteemed National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme for the 2026/2027 Academic Session is now officially open. This invitation is extended to all suitably qualified candidates who possess a passion for healthcare excellence and the academic rigor required to succeed in the nursing profession.
I. APPLICATION TIMELINE & CRITICAL DATES The application window will open on 28th April, 2026, and will strictly close on 14th August, 2026. All prospective students must complete their online registration within this timeframe. Furthermore, candidates are required to note that the Computer Based Testing (CBT) entrance examination is scheduled for 16th September, 2026, at the College premises by 9:00 am, followed by the mandatory screening exercise on 17th September, 2026.
II. ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS To be considered for admission, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications: Possession of a minimum of five (5) O-Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in no more than two (2) sittings via WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

UTME Standards: A minimum aggregate score of 170 in the 2026 UTME, with the mandatory subject combination of Use of English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Institutional Choice: Candidates must have selected ECWA College of Nursing Sciences (ECONS), Egbe as their first choice. Those who have not yet done so are eligible to apply but must finalize a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal on or before the 16th of September, 2026.

Age Requirement: Applicants must have attained at least 16 years of age by 30th September, 2026.
III. APPLICATION METHODOLOGY & PAYMENT GUIDELINES All applications must be processed through the COLLEGE ADMISSION PORTAL. Interested individuals should navigate to the application link to create a personal account using a functional and accessible email address. Upon successful registration, login details will be sent via email for future reference.
Payment Protocol: Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee. To ensure security and transparency, applicants must select the “Bank Transfer” option only to pay into the unique virtual account generated at the point of transaction. Please be advised that the College does not accept cash, USSD, Card, or eNaira payments.
IV. FINALIZATION & SUBMISSION After successful payment, candidates must re-login to complete all four sections of the application form: Biodata, Photograph, O-Level Results, and UTME Results. It is imperative to preview all entries for correctness before final submission. Once submitted, applicants must print a hard copy of the completed form, which is required for entry into the examination hall.
