FUDMA Announces Final Deadline for Second Semester 2025/2026 Registration
The Management of Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA) has ratified the final timeline for the ongoing Second Semester 2025/2026 academic session registration.
Following the directive of the Vice-Chancellor, the Director of ICT, Dr. Muhammad Sani, has issued a high-priority notice regarding the permanent closure of the university’s registration portal.
This serves as the final opportunity for all undergraduate and postgraduate students to complete their course registration and regularize their academic status for the semester. The university maintains its strict “No Registration, No Examination” policy, and students are strongly advised to act immediately to avoid forfeiting the entire academic session.
Portal Closure Date Thursday, 9th April, 2026
Students are required to finalize their course registration, validate fee payments, and print their registration slips before the portal automatically deactivates at the end of the deadline. No extension is expected.
Consequences of Missing the Deadline
Management has warned that failure to register by the stipulated date will attract serious academic sanctions, including:
- Ineligibility for Continuous Assessment (CA): Names of unregistered students will not appear on official CA mark sheets, making it impossible to earn scores in any course.
- Denial of Examination Access: Unregistered students will not be allowed into examination halls for the Second Semester examinations.
- Loss of Academic Recognition: Students who fail to register will not be considered “active” for the semester, which may result in automatic spill-over or withdrawal from the affected courses.
