Guidelines for Pioneer Students

- Academic Regalia: Students must wear the official FUADSI academic gown, obtainable from their respective Faculty Offices upon presentation of proof of payment.
- Punctuality and Procession: Matriculants must join the official procession and be seated at the venue no later than 9:30 AM. Timeliness is essential for this historic assembly.
- Matriculation Register: Immediately after the ceremony, all students are required to sign the Official Matriculation Register. This remains the definitive legal record of enrolment for the 2025/2026 academic session and is mandatory for participation in future examinations and university activities.
