Administrative Coordination

Essential Guidelines for Matriculants
For students to be officially recognized during the ceremony, the following administrative steps are required:

Punctuality: Matriculants are expected to be seated by 10:30 a.m. to allow for the formal entry of the Chancellor’s procession.
