ORIENTATION REMAINS ON SCHEDULE
The University of Ilorin has announced the postponement of the 2025/2026 matriculation ceremony earlier set for Tuesday, 18th November 2025. A new date will be released once the management provides an official update.
However, preparations for the Freshers’ Orientation Programme have been finalized, and the event will hold as planned on Monday, 17th and Tuesday, 18th November 2025, at the University Auditorium.
The orientation is a crucial programme designed to welcome new students and help them settle into both the academic and social life of the university. It offers detailed insights into UNILORIN’s academic structure, student support systems, campus regulations, and essential units such as the library, health centre, counselling services, student affairs, and campus security.
