FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, AZARE (FUHSA) RELEASES POST-UTME ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
_This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) that the registration for the online screening exercise for the 2025/2026 Academic Session will commence on 7th August 2025 and end on 21st August 2025._
CUT-OFF MARKS
In line with JAMB policies, the Senate has approved the cut-off points for admission into the University for 2025/2026 as specified for each course (as advertised).
ELIGIBILITY
Must have sat for the 2025 JAMB UTME, scored at least the minimum cut-off point for the chosen course, and chosen FUHSA as First Choice.
Must have obtained five (5) relevant O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry in not more than two sittings.
Must have sat for the relevant subject combination in the 2025 UTME.
