JUST IN: UNIVERSITY OF BENIN (UNIBEN) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of UNIBEN has officially announced the commencement of Post-UTME and Direct Entry registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post UTME (PUTME) and Post Direct Entry (PUDE) Admission Screening Exercise for the 2025/2026 Academic Session is scheduled to hold between Monday 1st September 2025 and Saturday 6th September 2025 in designated centres within Ugbowo Campus of the University.
The screening exercise shall be conducted using the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
Candidates are expected to fulfill the following criteria:
a. Only candidates who applied through JAMB for the 2025/2026 UTME and DIRECT ENTRY Admission, chose the University of Benin as their First Choice, and scored 200 and above (for UTME Candidates) are eligible for this Screening Exercise.
b. Obtained at least Five (5) credit passes at GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent. The subjects must include English Language, and Mathematics (for courses for which a credit in mathematics is required) and three other relevant subjects (four if excluding mathematics); at not more than two sittings.
c. Candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before commencing the application process.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for the screening, you must:
Have chosen UNIBEN as your First Choice in 2025 UTME or Direct Entry.
Score 200 and above in the 2025 UTME.
Possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in O’Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB) including English and Mathematics (where applicable), at not more than two sittings.
Have a valid email address for correspondence.
