The management of Federal University Gusau (FUGUSAU) wishes to inform all candidates admitted into its undergraduate degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session that the registration exercise will commence on Monday, 15th September 2025, at the Faculty of Science Extension, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, and will last for a period of two (2) weeks.
All admitted students are required to come with both the original and photocopies of the following documents:
1. JAMB Admission Letter (Institution copy)
2. JAMB Result Slip
3. SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, NBAIS, or NABTEB)
4. Senior Secondary School Testimonial
5. Primary School Certificate and Testimonial
6. Letter of Indigene
7. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
8. Four (4) recent passport photographs
In addition, each student is expected to:
Log on to ugs.fugusau.edu.ng
Pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦12,000
Update personal information on the portal
Print out the Letter of Undertaking, Remita receipt for acceptance fee, and a copy of the profile form
The university advises all new students to comply fully with these guidelines to ensure a smooth registration process.
