IBBUL RELEASES POST-UTME/DE 2025: CUT-OFF MARK, ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
The management of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU), Lapai wishes to inform all UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who selected the institution as their first choice in the 2025 UTME that the online screening exercise will hold from Wednesday, 10th September to Sunday, 28th September, 2025 via the university website: 👉 www.ibbu.edu.ng.
✅ *ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA*
UTME Candidates: Must have scored 150 and above and uploaded their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS.
*📍DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES:* Must upload a scanned copy of their A-Level (IJMB, NCE, or Diploma results) in addition to their O’Level results. (Please note that A’Level NABTEB results are not acceptable.)
📝 *SCREENING PROCEDURE (3 STAGES)*
*STAGE 1: ✅ ELIGIBILITY CHECK*
📍Enter JAMB Registration Number to confirm eligibility.
📍Input mobile number and upload results (maximum of two sittings from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS).
📍Provide the correct result checker (scratch card) PIN(s).
📍Generate a transaction ID/invoice for payment.
*STAGE 2: PAYMENT*
*📍BRANCH COLLECT:* Print out the generated invoice slip and pay at any of the listed banks.
*📍WEBPAY:* Make payment online via the redirected WebPAY platform.

*STAGE 3: RESULT SUBMISSION*
📍After payment confirmation via SMS, log in with the details provided.
📍Carefully input results and other required details on the portal.
📍Print the acknowledgement slip for personal reference.
*⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:*
📍Supplying false information will lead to disqualification.
📍Candidates may use a maximum of two O’Level results.
📍Candidates awaiting results should select the Awaiting Result (AR) option but must upload the results before the admission exercise ends.
*Any candidate who fails to complete the online screening will not be considered for admission.*
