The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) invites candidates who applied for admission into the institution for the 2025/2026 academic session (either through UTME as first choice or Direct Entry) to register for the Post-UTME/DE screening exercise.

NOTE: Candidates wishing to transfer from another university must effect the change of institution on the JAMB portal, selecting FUHSO as their first choice.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. UTME Candidates must:
Score at least 160 in UTME and meet the departmental cut-off for their chosen programme.
Have at least 5 O’level credits including English and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
Upload O’level results on the JAMB portal.
Ensure their UTME subject combination matches their course requirements.
2. DIRECT ENTRY (DE) CANDIDATES MUST:
Possess MB, First Degree, HND, NCE, or OND in relevant programmes (for B.Sc. Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biostatistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science & Microbiology).
Upload their A’level results on the JAMB portal and ensure verification by the awarding institution.
3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 30th September, 2025.
Candidates wishing to change course must do so officially on the JAMB portal.
Awaiting result candidates are not eligible to apply.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
1. Pay a non-refundable screening fee via Remita (in favour of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo – Student Charges).
2. Forward your evidence of payment to: screeningfuhsp@gmail.com.
3. A registration link will be sent to your email.
4. Complete the online registration form, upload your credentials and proof of payment.
5. Review and click Submit to finalize your application.
