This is to inform interested applicants that Application Forms for admission into the Community Nursing & Community Midwifery Programmes are available online from 21st July to 31st August, 2025.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪️ Candidates must obtain at least three (3) credits in their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), which must include:
English Language
Biology
And either Physics or Chemistry
▪️ Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
▪️ Candidates must be indigenes of Taraba State.
🔺 Note: NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB for both programmes.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
After filling the application form online, print the following: ✅ Payment Slip (Evidence of Payment)
✅ Completed Application Form
✅ Acknowledgement Letter
