OGUN STATE POLYTECHNIC OF HEALTH AND ALLIED SCIENCES, ILESE-IJEBU (OSPOHAS) RELEASES ND FULL-TIME ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
This is to inform all prospective applicants and Uniblog reports to the general public that the Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences (OSPOHAS), Ilese-Ijebu, has commenced the sale of the 2025/2026 Post-UTME Screening Form for National Diploma (ND) programmes in the following courses:

✅ Nutrition and Dietetics
✅ Paramedics Technology
✅ Psycho-Social Rehabilitation
✅ Computer Science
✅ Health Education and Promotion
✅ Dispensing Opticianry Technology
✅ Water Sanitation and Hygiene
✅ Public Health Technology
✅ Statistics
✅ Science Laboratory Technology
✅ Food Science Technology
✅ Hospitality Management
✅ Computer Engineering
✅ Medical Imaging Technology
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Applicants who selected OSPOHAS (formerly OSCOHTECH) as First Choice in the 2025 JAMB UTME and scored 120 or above.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025.
Candidates who did not choose OSPOHAS but scored 120 and above can still apply — but must first apply for a Change of Institution at any JAMB-accredited CBT centre and make OSPOHAS their First Choice.
Deadline for the admission form: Sunday, 17th August 2025
Screening Date: Monday, 25th August 2025.
